AI in business: It’s not about following trends, it’s about making meaningful improvements.

As many of you know, we’re currently working on several exciting initiatives to integrate AI into our business. But one thing is certain: we’re not doing things by halves, and we’re certainly not adopting AI simply for the sake of it.

Our focus is on using AI with purpose: enhancing our business operations, streamlining our sales processes and, most importantly, ensuring we continue to deliver the best possible service to our clients, as efficiently as possible.

With this in mind, our Director, Mark, and newly promoted Business Sales Consultant, Joe, were delighted to attend “From Founder-Led Sales to Predictable Sales Processes”, hosted by Future Planet Capital.

It was a fascinating opportunity to explore how other businesses are embracing AI in their day-to-day operations and turning innovative technology into practical, measurable improvements.

We heard from two insightful speakers:

Simon Monk, an expert in developing and managing predictable sales processes, shared his expertise on taking a holistic approach to sales and marketing functions.

Geoff Land drew on his experience as a CEO to explore the challenges of scaling sales beyond the founder. We were also introduced to an interesting AI-powered CRM concept designed to capture the knowledge, experience and unique approach that often sits with a business founder, translating it into structured, repeatable sales processes.

Following the event, Mark and Joe headed to the Grant Thornton offices for an excellent networking opportunity, connecting with other businesses across the Future Planet Capital network, as well as representatives from the British Business Bank.

Our biggest takeaway? AI has enormous potential, but its real value comes from understanding where it can make a genuine difference.

For us, this is about working smarter, creating more efficient processes and giving our team the tools to deliver an even better experience for our clients.
